Sunday Love Stream-Feb 14, 2021 (Valentine's Day) - "I Wanna Know What Love Is" with Bernie Fitter

We have a guest speaker and workshop leader, Bernie Fitterer. He will be speaking on "I Wanna Know What Love Is." He writes, "Sunday's presentation will look at various types of relationships we have with others, and with ourselves. We will also look at some of the meanings of Love, when we say, “I Love You.” Many times our closest relationships devolve into a habituated experience of exchanging services for one another. Finally, we will look at the importance of bringing in the Divine into the relationship and some of ideas of what can be done to have Loving relationships with ourselves and those we cherish most in our lives." His workshop, called "Love and Intimacy," will be from 1:00 - 2:30 pm, via zoom. "We may love someone dearly and share many experiences with that person. However, there may be things that prevent us from really opening up to be real and vulnerable with the ones we love the most. This short workshop will provide practical examples and exercises to deepen our understanding of Love for ourselves and our significant others while providing an opportunity to bring the Divine into the relationship to achieve meaningful intimacy."
