Paul Duets with Brittany Howard at Lollapalooza
During the closing hours of July, Paul made his inaugural appearance at the Lollapalooza music festival. Taking to a stage that overlooked Chicago’s impressive Grant Park skyline, Paul’s headline appearance has since been hailed by critics and fans alike as the biggest and best in the festival’s 25 year history.
Toward the finale of Paul’s two plus hour set, he was joined on stage by Alabama Shakes’ singer Brittany Howard and – to the palpable delight of all those present – performed a duet of The Beatles’ classic ‘Get Back’.
Talking about the evening, Brittany told us:
“It was such an honour to play with Paul and his incredible band. They welcomed me with open arms and I'm grateful. Once in a lifetime! I hope they had as much fun as I did.”
We spoke with Paul this week who responded: “We sure did – cheers! Thanks Paul.”
