"MY WAY" FRANK SINATRA MONTH BY EMMA REYNOLDS QUARANTINE SINGING CIRCLE #152

Hello all,

Welcome to September 'Frank Sinatra' Music Month.

"My Way" is a song popularized in 1969 by Frank Sinatra set to the music of the French song "Comme d'habitude" composed and written by French songwriters Claude François and Jacques Revaux, performed in 1967 by Claude François. Its English lyrics were written by Paul Anka and are unrelated to the original French song.

The song was a success for a variety of performers including Sinatra, Jocelyne, Elvis Presley, and Sid Vicious. Sinatra's version of "My Way" spent 75 weeks in the UK Top 40, which is 2nd place all-time.

Over 18 months ago, we introduced our Quarantine Singing Circle - an alternative way to keep all of our program participants and supporters engaged, in-community and feeling less isolated, while spreading some joy and fun at the same time.
