Hello, I hope you are doing well.
In this video I'm singing the wonderful song "Lookin' Out My Back Door" by CCR.
I grew up listening to mainly my mothers music and she very often played and still play CCR especially on roadtrips. I have countless memories of me and my family singing along to CCR songs including this one, dating back as far to when I didn't know english and sang along pretend english words!
So this band is a part of my childhood and brings me great joy when I sing their songs. I hope you will enjoy listening to it as well.
This song is one of their more country oriented songs I believe and I actually like the sound of my voice when I sing older country songs. It gets another kind of ring to it than when I do emotional songs. Do you notice any difference and if so, do you think country is a genre for me? Let me know if you want.☺
