Doing Ferlin Husky's "Gone" yesterday reminded me of another beautiful late-50s country classic, this one, Conway Twitty's magnificent crescendo of emotion. Oh, and, it seems one of my doppelgangers crashed the party and threw on some guitar and harmony. Thus violating the pristine simplicity of this recent bunch of solo-intrument videos. Oh well.
