Apostolos is a dynamic and adaptable performer, engaging with various musical projects that highlight his versatility and passion for connecting with audiences. His performances range from intimate, easy-listening piano duos to acoustic cover bands, creating a relaxed and soulful atmosphere.

One of his notable collaborations is with accomplished pianist George Mathews. Together, they form an easy-listening piano duo that showcases their combined musical abilities. George, who has years of experience backing musicians across Perth's High Tea and Restaurant circuit, has expressed his enthusiasm for working alongside Apostolos. He describes Apostolos as an “accomplished international singer” and believes their skills complement each other perfectly. George looks forward to performing many more memorable shows with Apostolos, blending their wide-ranging repertoires into a harmonious and captivating duo.
