Here it finally is on YouTube!

*NOTE* as with all Decade Mixes (and DJ mixes in general) there tends be copyright issues. As we lost the original 1962 - 1972 Decade Mix in the very same hard drive crash that took out the original version of the 2012 - 2022 Decade Mix (see https://youtu.be/W41Vn6pqlOE?si=J60UIm9A6cBtg-D4 ), we are unable to edit this mix. For that reason Day Tripper by The Beatles has been cut out for this video it to remain online.

This is the very reason we made an App! You can find the original mix, as we intended it.

With that said, here's the prequel. The 1962-1972 Decade Mix. There’s as many of our favourite 60’s songs as we could fit in, and all the biggest moments in history.

Undeniably, this was the hardest to make. The tracklist alone took us years to finalise. The decade saw revolutions play out in the street, presidents assassinated, and the ideologies of war and peace clash head-on. All of this was sound tracked by world conquering artists like The Rolling Stones, The Supremes and The Jackson 5. The listener benefited from the high standards of pop music being pushed, and sonically experimented with, day to day, by Brit Rock and Motown. The most beautiful part of this decade was the unashamed positivity in music, during a time that gave the world so much to be unhappy about.
