Elvis Presley's granddaughter Riley Keough is fighting hard to keep the Rock n' Roll legend's Graceland Mansion off the real estate market, after its sale was scheduled for today.
Ms Keough, who inherited the estate after the death of her mother Lisa Marie Presley obtained a temporary restraining order against the sale of the Memphis property by Naussany Investments.
It came as the company behind the sale claims Lisa Marie had borrowed $3.8 million from the company and used Graceland as security for the loan.
Riley claims her mum never borrowed money from the investment company, and never gave them a deed of trust.
