In a move that’s leaving the Las Vegas wedding industry all shook up: chapels across Sin City are being told that their famous Elvis impersonators have to cease and desist. The licensing company that controls Elvis’ name and image has sent letters to multiple Vegas chapels, demanding they stop the unauthorized use of the King’s “name, likeness, voice image, and other elements of Elvis Presley’s persona.”
