There's a first time for everything and after three years of cruising the Bahamas we finally made it to the fabled Promise Land. Sailing into a new place that we'd heard about for so long was pretty exciting. As we approached, we were greeted by breathtakingly clear water and a sea of masts on the horizon. As we sailed through the anchorage it was amazing to see hundreds and hundreds of boats - It felt almost like we were somewhere in the US, like Florida, and not the Bahamas at all.
Once settled in, we got right to enjoying the fruits of a spot densely populated by Cruisers. And that means a daily morning net on the radio, and lot's of shopping, activity, and hangout options which we took advantage of to the fullest!
