This is a music-video style excerpt from my "80s Time Capsule". (See the entire video at top of my video page, link below.) The theme is sort of a before/after Soviet President Gorbachev. Done in a caricature style first there is the menacing, dangerous glamour of the Red Army, then the "good guys" of NATO with their high-tech Star Wars response to to the Soviet heavy-iron. Finally there is Mr. Glasnost himself Mikhail Gorbachev, the friendly face of Communism.
