I'm 75 years old and dancing my way to age 76 and beyond, Lord willing. I do regular layman dancing and some comedic ones with my Granddaughter to make people laugh. I do short videos and some longer versions that are more of a routine just for fun.

When you find it hard to exercise or get up and travel to a class, this is a great way to get some exercise and have some fun doing it.
